Description
Found this in a stack of ten year old pics, there is another of the same car that is badly out of focus but shows the wing and you can clearly read part of the name "Sunoco" on it. Could this possibly be a 1580HP 1973 Porsche 917/30? It has the Penske/Sunoco colours, and those are definately Porsche 917 tail-lights, but the frame bits look wrong to me and I see no wastegates or spare tire (but the CanAm cars didn't need a spare if I recall correctly), so it may very well be a replicar. Can anyone help?
