Description
Look at that satisfied smirk A new secret weapon for bird surveillance.
I often doubt he realizes that he's a cat.
Here are other pictures:
Newton is a Chartreux; legend says that they were bred by the Carthusian Monks at their abbey in the Chartreuse Mountains near Grenoble, France. Bred to be mousers and companions, they have strong jaws and are very friendly, almost like dogs. Because it wouldn't do for them to interrupt prayers, they were also bred to be mute. Newton has never meowed once in the almost 10 years we've had him, but he can make a tiny squeaking noise similar to a cork being pulled out of a bottle. He comes when you call, and always wants to do what you're doing, be it playing with toy trains or fixing a drain. We had two of our toilets replaced a few months ago and the plumber couldn't believe it, he said the cat supervised him the entire time, occasionally moving to get a better view; he also said he was thinking of smuggling him home in his toolbox...

I didn't know cats COULD smirk. Were they need to be really smart, too? He looks like a boss.
