Sir Winston Churchill

Sir Winston was a dwarf albino house rabbit with serious attitude who lived with me from 1988 to 1990. He was aggressive and not afraid to kick you in the shin if you didn't pay attention when he wanted his ears rubbed. He didn't like to be picked up (except by me when he felt agreeable) but loved to be held on his back like a baby and have his tummy tickled by attractive young women. (see for an example)


This picture was taken without a flash on cheap 100ASA (probably boosted to 400ASA as I tended to do in those days) Jean Coutu "free processing" film some time around 1989 (probably on my Canon A-1 with 50mm F:1.2L lens). This was intended as a joke for a friend's birthday (he's typing a letter to Christie Hefner) and this was one of the rejected photos, so I apologize for the yellow tint. It's too fuzzy to make out the date but I'm guessing it says November 1989.
